The Tale of Larry (Part III)

Years went by that numbered three,
And finally, a degree.
He was happy it was done,
But, ambition, he had none.
He had done his undergrad,
But the job prospects were sad.
His new skills were not unique,
Dime-a-dozen, so to speak.
As for friends, they went away.
For careers, they could not stay.
Left alone with floor to mop,
At the local coffee shop.
Once bright eyed and bushy tailed,
Now he felt like he had failed.
Larry started to feel stressed,
Since his life had not progressed.
