The Tale of Larry (Part I)
(An original LEGO inspired poem from True North Bricks)
Moved out of his childhood home,
Went to live out on his own.
Full of hope and feeling free,
Working hard for a degree.
Books and food did not come cheap,
Neither did a place to sleep.
So that he could cover rent,
Off to find a job he went.
Stopping off at a café,
He dropped off his resume.
Soon enough they called him in,
And part-time he did begin.
A job without much allure,
Just a stepping stone for sure.
Meant to be temporary,
So began the tale of Larry.
