Of particular interest in this wave is the Maker Set (71380). It appears to be the Super Mario version of a brick box. Consequently, fans get a little more creative freedom. Alternatively, non-fans get access to some of the unique pieces in the theme without having to buy a regular set. However, I do not know how much pull the latter option has. In my opinion, this theme is expensive. I refrained from rating the cost-per-brick for each each because this is not a standard theme. My usual rating system is for standard sets. However, compared to standard sets, this cost-per-brick for most of these kits it high. What are your thoughts on the January 2021 Super Mario sets? Comment below or reach out on social media.
Until next time,
