Summer 2020 Jurassic World concluding thoughts…
Much like the summer 2020 City sets, I feel these are very expensive. The price hike is particularly evident when considering that the last set to include Indominus Rex had nearly double the number of bricks, and only cost $10 more. Additionally, every set in this wave is substantially above my current average cost-per-brick. That average has been at $0.14/brick for a long time. I wonder if this summer’s offerings will change that?
With that said, I am a sucker for dinosaurs. I will pick up at least two of these kits for that simple reason. The only set in this wave that does not interest me is the Biplane Rescue Mission. I have enough raptors and both of those Minifigures. What are your thoughts on these new offerings? Leave a comment below, or reach out on social media.
Until next time,
-Tom
