The announcement of the new modular building is one of the major events in the LEGO® year for many collectors. I used to count myself among them. After all, modulars brought me out of my dark ages. I have collected each and every one since the Grande Emporium (with the exception of Town Hall). But last year, something changed. I bought the Natural History Museum as soon as it came out. Sadly, I was quite disappointed. So much so that I decided I would skip this year’s modular without even knowing what it was. Now, the LEGO® Group announced Tudor Corner as the 2025 modular. I’m not fully back on board with the modulars… but I’m not sure I’ll skip it anymore either.
Tudor Corner Specifications

- Name: Tudor Corner
- Set #: 10350
- Price: $299.99 CAD
- Brick Count: 3266
- $/Brick: $0.091 (Excellent)
- Minifigures: 8
- Bricks/fig: 408 (okay for Icons)
- Insiders Release: Jan. 1, 2025
- General Release: Jan. 4, 2025
The Price
Tudor Corner is a fair price. It is excellent for both an Icons set and as a general LEGO® set. Compared to other modulars, it is right on average based on my experience. The Minifigure count is low for a general LEGO® set, but to be expected when it comes to Icons and modular offerings.

The Build
It is hard to say much here since I have not built the set. However, judging from the pictures, the exterior is stunning. The LEGO® website also features shots of the interior. The spaces look nicely detailed, albeit cramped. I remain dubious about the top floor though. From what I can tell the entire white section is not actually accessible. Don’t quote me on that, but that is the impression I get from the images and videos I have seen. There also does not appear to be any bathroom, kitchen, or bed in the top floor apartment…

The Release
Despite the Natural History Museum coming out on December 1 last year, Tudor Corner has returned to the usual January 1 release date. At least for Insiders. The general release date is January 4. If you buy the set in between January 1 and 7, you get the Corner Kiosk GWP. It has an approximate value of $33 CAD, 205 bricks, and two Minifigures.

Overall, I am intrigued. But I was intrigued by the Natural History Museum as well. I’m not rushing to the store to buy this modular. Especially since I don’t think the GWP is that great. The modulars are also not the direction my personal builds are going anymore. What do you think? Will Tudor Corner out-do previous modulars? Let me know in the comments or reach out on social media.
Until next time,
-Tom

I thought I would love the Bookstore as well, but after I built it – it is now the least favorite of my 10 modulars.
In my current state of mind I only truly only like the classic ones like Pet Shop, Fire Brigade, Parisian Restaurant, Detective´s Office and Assembly Square.
I’m a little tired of looking at all my modulars. I am thinking of taking them all apart. I figure I can rebuild them again in the future if I feel so inclined.
I do love a modular and will almost certainly buy this. I do find the lack of bathrooms/kitchens disappointing with some of them though. My favourite so far is probably the Jazz Club (which a lot of people seemed not to like). My least favourite was the Bookshop which was a surprise as I expected to love that. My wife bought the Natural History Museum but she’s not built it yet.
BTW posting comments seems to be working okay for me now.
I loved the Jazz Club too. I also expected to love the Bookstore. While I liked it, I wouldn’t say I loved it. Glad comments are working again!
I’m with you on the Modular’s. The last one I bought was the police station, and even then only on a BF sale I couldn’t pass up. I actually ended up selling it realizing I’d probably never build it. But I do like this one. I think it even would go well with the Diagon alley buildings. Like you, the GWP offer isn’t enough motivation to pounce on it right away either. I’ll be curious to see some of the MOCs that come out on rebrickable for this too!
Yes, I’ve seen people chat about modifying it into a medieval building… I’ll watch for those for sure.
