March 10 is Mar10 Day… apparently this has been a thing since 2016. Myself, I am only aware of it as of today. However, I am sure it is a chance for Super Mario fans the world over to get on their couches and party. Incidentally, the LEGO® Group is taking the chance to celebrate as well. To commemorate Mar10 Day 2022, the LEGO® Store is offering a special giveaway. Going to a store with your LEGO® Mario or Luigi figurine and waving to the in-store Mario cutout earns you a free collectible coin. Alternatively, you can take a picture with the cutout to get one. This offer lasts until March 13, 2022, so you better get your P-Meter powered up and get to a store!

Additionally, true to the rumor in our March promotions article, spending $50 or more on Mario products earns you a gift-with-purchase. In this case, you get Fuzzy & Mushroom Platform expansion set. Looks like Super Mario fans have a lot to get hyped about in March. Today’s announcement brought news of sets, gifts, and VIP points! Interestingly, these promos coincide with double VIP points this weekend. I do not know if you can get double VIP points and the bonus points from theses sets.
