Looney Tunes Minifigures Coming soon

Looney Tunes Minifigures Coming Soon

The LEGO® Group took to social media today with a fun announcement. Looney Tunes Minifigures are coming soon… or are already out… Yes, you read that correctly. The internet is teeming with reports of fans purchasing the new series already. In fact, I saw them myself out in the wild for the first time today. Conversely, LEGO.com will officially start selling them towards the end of the month. However, many retailers already have them if you are willing to brave COVID-19 shopping. I don’t know about you, but my area is heading for a third wave of the pandemic. Shopping may become harder soon.

This new series is based on the well known Warner Bros characters. It is officially set number 71030. Additionally, each Minifigure comes packaged in a blind bag costing $4.99 in Canada. Incidentally, I am happy to report that they are in fact blind BAGS. I was a little worried when the Vidiyo Bandmates came out with boxes you cannot feel. In total, there are 12 Looney Tunes characters to collect, including:

  • Bugs Bunny
  • Lola Bunny
  • Sylvester the Cat
  • Road Runner
  • Marvin the Martian
  • Wile E Coyote
  • Daffy Duck
  • Tasmanian Devil
  • Speedy Gonzales
  • Tweety
  • Petunia Pig
  • Porky Pig

Are you excited for the Looney Tunes Minifigures coming soon? Which is your favorite? Tasmanian Devil all the way for me! Feel free to comment below or reach out on social media.

That’s all folks!

  • Agreed. But the vast majority of these look great.

I recently started watching the old WB cartoons with my middle child. He laughed so much at the road runner / coyote ones.

    It was a joy.

  • wile e coyote for me. I love him as much as I dislike the roadrunner minifigure. That one might have been better as an animal in wile’s bag.
