September 2020 Sets Announced

Though Canada still waits for the Summer 2020 LEGO® sets, information is trickling in about the September releases. We already reported on the upcoming Star Wars sets. Additionally, you can look forward to the LEGO® Art kits. Now, add to the list some City, Marvel, and Trolls sets.

I included some review metrics in the post below.

  • Cost-per-brick: ever ask yourself “is this kit actually a good value?” This number indicates how much each brick costs based on the total brick count and the overall cost of the set. Currently, my average is $0.14/brick (which earns an 80% score in a review).
  • Brick-to-fig ratio: ever ask yourself “does this kit contain a good number of Minifigures?” This ratio compares the number of Minifigures in a kit to the total brick count. Currently, my average is 156 bricks per Minifigure (which earns an 80% score in a review).

Concluding thoughts…

This announcement is very child oriented. It is doubtful many AFOLs will be looking forward to these. However, a number of interesting pieces come in the kits, so who knows. Are you interested in the September 2020 sets announced so far? Be sure to comment below or reach out on social media.

Until next time,
