Rainbow (Minifigure Monday)

Minifigure Monday is a weekly celebration of LEGO® characters through poetry and photography. Each week, I take inspiration from a different Minifigure and write a little rhyme to go with it. This week, I found a use for Bear Costume Guy from Minifigures series 19. He was not my favorite character, but with COVID-19 raging, he is appropriate for the times. As many people know, rainbows in windows have turned into a sign of hope during these troubling times. So, here’s a little rainbow (Minifigure Monday) for all of you! Rainbow (Minifigure Monday)

The winds of change did fiercely blow,
They swept away the world I know.
The clouds rolled in some time ago,
And here I am in their shadow.
Something to remember though,
The wind will not just cease to blow.
The storm will pass with all its woe,
And leave behind a bright rainbow.
