The LEGO Ideas Table Football set honours football players and fans from around the globe and features a diverse line-up of minifigures. In total, 22 different minifigures can be built to play or watch with a diverse range of hair styles, facial expressions and skin tones to choose from. The portable size of the set means it is perfect for transporting to play with friends and play ‘away’ or ‘at home’. It also makes an ideal display cabinet piece.

I am not much of a soccer or foosball fan. Consequently, the early announcement of this set did little to wet my appetite. However, the press release interested me a lot more. That is quite the assemblage of Minifigures. Additionally, it is quite interesting that they are not standard yellow characters. While I am neither here nor there about the soccer jerseys, the skin tones, faces, and hairstyles make this set very appealing. The set also includes a new cochlear implant print if you look closely at the Minifigure image above. What do you think of the Table Football (21337) set revealed today? Until next time,

-Tom

    GOOOOOOAL!!!!!

    Wait…does FIFA know about this?

I did not see any endorsement on the box from FIFA. Probably because it is not regulation pitch – even if it is scaled down. 🙂

    1. 🤔Not sure about FIFA’s involvement… Some players were involved in the advertisements though. You can probably see the video on LEGO’s YouTube.
