May the Fourth is rapidly approaching. To celebrate International Star Wars Day, True North Bricks is hosting a multi-day Star Wars event. Everyday for the next week, we will post an article relating to a galaxy far. far away. We kick the event off today with a look at the 10 biggest Star Wars sets (2022). As we all know, this is a theme known for huge building kits. However, the largest kits are interestingly not that diverse. In fact, the list contains three Death Stars and two Millennium Falcons. Fun items like R2-D2, the Ewok Village, and Yoda do not make the cut. Granted, the Death Star and Millennium Falcon are popular items, but there is a fair amount of rehashing here. Without further ado, here are the biggest LEGO® Star Wars sets as of May 2022.

I have been lucky enough to build two of the sets on this list, the Millennium Falcon (75192) and Mos Eisley Cantina (75290). While both were enjoyable builds, I feel there comes a point where the set gets too big and expensive. The Millennium Falcon passed that point for me. When I built it, it was the second largest LEGO® set. I had never assembled a set so large before. While I enjoyed the process, it was very long. Additionally, the structure was not what I expected. My experience with the Falcon left me uninterested in going bigger or pricier. What do you think of the biggest Star Wars sets (2022)? Are you willing to pay more for larger sets? Let us know in the comments below or reach out on social media.
Until next time,
-Tom
