In December, we revealed 4 new Brickheadz for 2022. Now we have 4 more to share with you. Additionally, this is the first time we have seen Stranger Things and Looney Tunes Brickheadz, and both are two-packs. Set 40549 comes with Demogorgon & Eleven from Netflix’s Stranger Things and the Demogorgon’s opening flower head looks fantastic! Set 40559 features Road Runner & Wile E. Coyote, two of the most well-known Warner Bros Looney Tunes characters. While Road Runner doesn’t look terribly Brickheadz-like, I think the model really depicts the character well. I hope we will see more than one Looney Tunes Brickheadz set, and I suspect we might since we have already seen the Looney Tunes CMF series. I would love to see a Tazmanian Devil Brickheadz! Porky Pig and Petunia would also make a great two-pack.

The next release of Brickheadz also brings us Buzz Lightyear (40552) and Woody & Bo Peep (40553). They join a long line of Disney Brickheadz bringing the total to 17. We first saw Disney Brickheadz back in 2017 when we were introduced to Belle (41595), the Beast (41596), Captain Jack Sparrow (41593), and Captain Armando Salazar (41594). We have since seen characters from various Disney movies (my favourite being Jack Skellington & Sally, 41630) but this is the first time we have seen Brickheadz from Toy Story. Woody looks fantastic and I love that they both come with accessories – Woody’s lasso and Bo Peep’s shepherd’s crook in medium azure (by far the cheapest set that we have seen including this element in this colour).

The Brickheadz theme is going strong with four more 2022 BrickHeadz characters, bringing the total to 8 new sets in the first two months of the year. I love the price point of Brickheadz and they display really well. I really enjoy sets that appeal to my nostalgic side and I hope we will see a few more Looney Tunes Brickheadz later this year!
