As it is with virtually every website you visit, the server IP address that you use to access True North Bricks is recorded with our web server. However, I do not use your IP address for any purpose other than generating anonymous, general site statistics through WordPress (what country you visited from, how many individuals visited the blog in a day, etc).

Return Policy
Non-Damaged Items/Incorrect Sizes/Buyer’s Remorse
There are no refunds or exchanges. The merchandise sold on this site is made-to-order, as such I have no stock on hand for exchanges. Also, once the piece enters production, the production cost has been paid. I am running a small side business, I can’t afford your production costs. Take care when you order with regard to your personal financial circumstances, size of products ordered, etc.
Damaged Items
If the item arrives to you damaged, you must contact me via email (truenorthbricks at gmail dot com) within 30 days of receiving your order. I can help you get a replacement product through Gelato, my print-to-order service. There will be no refunds or exchanges, only replacements. You have to provide:
- Your order number
- Your order date
- A description of the problem.
- Details about how the order was packaged.
- Clear pictures of the damaged item(s) and its packaging (outside of the packaging and its inserts).
