…The witch orders a brew, the ghost orders a spirit, and the mummy orders a stiff drink. The bartender points to the corner and says, “Why don’t you three take that BOO-th.” 😉

Okay, okay… cheesy dad joke complete. But the punchline writes itself when the LEGO® Store’s latest Build-a-Minifigure lineup features exactly that trio: a witch, a ghost, and a mummy. These new characters have just appeared at the BAM towers, and I had to check them out.

The ghost from the 2025 fall BAM selection.

My favourite is by far the ghost. She has that creepy ghost-woman-haunting-the-staircase vibe to her. This Minifigure fits well with the new Creator 3-in-1 Haunted House, or the Monster Fighters Haunted House, if you happen to have either.

the Mummy from the fall 2025 BAM selection.

I’d pick the mummy second. While he has more of a costumed Minifigure vibe than a rotting corpse, you could still pretend he is a freshly mummified and reanimated Minifigure.

The witch is my least favourite. Her outfit looks like a child’s costume. In fact, I think it is. When the store staff showed her to me, she had stumpy, unmoving legs and a kid’s face print. I changed her up a little to have legs and a face I can actually reuse in my MOCs. I do really like the Z-Blob accessory though. It is not new, but I still picked up a couple of them with this batch. The witch’s recolour of the Dungeons & Dragons/Hocus Pocus hairpiece is also neat to have.

So that’s the new Build-a-Minifigure lineup — a witch, a ghost, and a mummy, ready to haunt your collection. And don’t worry: they’ve already settled into their favorite spot at the LEGO Store… that same BOO-th in the corner.

Until next time,

-Tom
