After a successful inaugural year, Level It Up is back with its annual LEGO® build competition for a second year. I entered the contest last year with my Adorable Anuran MOC (I also made digital instructions for the build). Subsequently, I won one of the $500 LEGO® gift cards that was up for grabs. Similar to last year, the 2025 Level It Up LEGO® Build Contest also has five categories, each with a $500 gift card as the prize.

To enter, you must be a Canadian resident 18 years old or older. Children can enter in collaboration with a parent. You have to own all the rights to your build, and it must be family friendly. There is also a $10 fee to enter a build, and you can only enter one build in each of the categories. The build with the most votes from the public in each category wins. The categories are:
- Animals, People and Plants
- Structures
- Vehicles
- Communities and Stories
- Creative Project
For full contest rules and to enter the 2025 Level It Up LEGO® Build Competition, visit the Level It Up contest page. You can also donate to support the organization on their site. Level It Up is a registered non-profit organization working from Manitoba. Their goal is to increase the employment of people identifying as being on the autism spectrum in all STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math) disciplines.
I’m hoping to have a MOC ready to enter before the April 1 deadline. You can see contest entries posted on the Level It Up website, and vote for them there as well. Will you be entering?
Until next time,
-Tom
