October 2024 Double Points is on!

For many years now, the LEGO® Store has hosted a double points event in October. They were quite mum on the topic this year. I saw rumours begin circulating shortly after Amazon Prime Big Deal Days. However, I received no concrete confirmation that the event was taking place in Canada until it actually launched. With that said, you earn double points on all purchases from October 15 – 20, 2024. Additionally, the LEGO® Group is offering two GWPs and some discounts on select sets for Insiders only.

I can’t say I am thrilled or interested by the GWPs this round. I actually really dislike the small scale building GWPs we’ve seen for the last two years. The LEGO® Group will likely host another double points event in November. They have done so the week before Black Friday for the last several years. Usually the GWPs are quite good then. There are a couple of sets on my wish list right now… I’ll save at least one for November’s event. Maybe I’ll pick the other up now for the points… or maybe I’ll just make a pick-a-brick order.
