Images of the new 2024 LEGO® Dreamzzz sets have surfaced online. I am not a collector of the theme, but I do appreciate the Minifigures in the series. While I have not built it yet, I own the Nightmare Shark Ship and I am a huge fan of the Nightmare King minifig included therein. It looks like the new 2024 LEGO® Dreamzzz sets will not disappoint either. While many of the characters are the same as what we’ve seen before, it looks like there are some new concepts as well. I am interested in them for a completely different reason… They kind of look like zombies. You might recall I collected all the official LEGO® zombies in time for Halloween last year. These new Minifigs would certainly bolster a zombie apocalypse scene. Meanwhile, the Never Witch is great for fantasy scene builders.
Otherwise, details remain scant on these sets. Some online sources list them as coming out in August, others in May, some even say June. Given how the LEGO® Group usually staggers summer releases by region, I’m guessing the confusion stems from which market the information comes from. The Canadian prices are also not currently available. However, you can bet I’ll include these sets in a release guide as soon as I know more. For the time being, I have estimated the cost of each set based on sets with similar piece counts in the Dreamzzz theme. With that said, here’s a preliminary look at what’s coming.

On top of the neat minifig elements, LEGO® animal fig lovers are also in for a treat. It looks like we get a new raven mould in this wave. I blew up one of the small ravens seen in the product images below, so excuse the poorer quality. While this one comes in a dual-tone black and trans-pink, I am hopeful this figurine will eventually appear in other themes down the road.
The Never Witch’s Raven is a set that strikes my fancy a bit from a fantasy perspective. It also comes with some choice minifigs and the new raven mould. So if I buy one of these sets, that will be the one. I might order some of the other Minifigures off of Bricklink… but you never know what might happen if I find a good sale.
