The January 2024 line-up of LEGO® sets continues to grow. There are so many sets, I can’t keep up with individual posts about them. However, a few warrant a little extra attention in my opinion. Among them, the Botanical Collection Bouquet of Roses. I love the Botanical Collection. I always find the build techniques educational, and the sets make wonderful displays around the house that I don’t have to water. The Bouquet of Roses is no exception. Looking at the pictures, I can already see some NPU (nice parts usage) in the petals. Additionally, the build includes three different styles of roses, plus some baby’s breath.

As I mentioned before, the Botanical Collection sets are great for displaying around the house. However, another reason that I love them is the long stems. If you plan to build a jungle scene, all the long green stems you get with Botanical sets are invaluable. Personally, I think they’d make great bamboo forests. It looks like the Bouquet of Roses offers up a lot of long stems, though they are not single elements from the look of it. I think you build them up (which is perfectly fine). This is the second recent addition to the Botanical Collection, following hot on the heels of the recent Tiny Plants release. What do you think?
