In a World of White and Black
(An original Minifigure inspired poem from True North Bricks)
In front of me, a pane of glass,
The likes of which I can’t bypass.
This see through wall of my design,
Does it shelter or confine?
Through it, you see what I show,
Just what I want you to know.
A character in black and white,
A face that’s painted on just right.
A pantomime, you might say,
That keeps the real me hid away.
But, does this pane just hold me back,
In a world of white and black?
