2022 Spider-Man 4+ Sets Revealed

More reveals!! Images and initial details have surfaced online for the next wave of Spider-Man 4+ sets releasing in 2022. These new sets are not on LEGO.COM, but several outlets in Europe have preliminary pricing and images. The sets are super adorable and are part of the “Spidey and His Amazing Friends” sub-theme. The builds are simple but fun, and also come with standard system minifigures. Interestingly they mostly use the medium-sized legs and thankfully none of the exaggerated faces of say, the Mighty Micros line. Not that those bad per se, but, ya know….Each of the four sets sees Spidey battling his classic rogues, with some help from his trusty friends. Throw in a fun vehicle or setting and you’re all set to party.

Full details on Canadian pricing and release dates are still unavailable, but we will update them as soon as we know more. In the meantime, let’s have a quick look.

Those Are Some Pricey Friends

The 4+ lines are a mixed bag for value. On the one had you can usually get a great brick-to-fig ratio. And that the minifigures are standard designs is a great benefit for collectors. On the other hand is the traditionally poor cost-per-brick value. Yikes! If these estimates are correct you’ll really spend extra pennies for that Miles Morales or Rhino minfig. But no denying these are cute sets and feature some fun builds for beginners. And this is only the second appearance of
